During his time at Craig Corporate, McAdam served as interim CFO for a post-series C high-growth B2B SaaS business, offering financial leadership and stability. He also led due diligence for complex, multi-million-pound deals and provided buy-side advisory and capital-raising services. This experience positions him well to guide Embrace Steel as it continues to grow in both scale and complexity.
