McAdam joins Embrace Steel from Craig Corporate, a Glasgow-based business advisory firm, where he held the position of director. During his time at Craig Corporate, McAdam served as interim CFO for a post-series C high-growth B2B SaaS business, offering financial leadership and stability. He also led due diligence for complex, multi-million-pound deals and provided buy-side advisory and capital-raising services. This experience positions him well to guide Embrace Steel as it continues to grow in both scale and complexity.

One of the most notable accomplishments was the acquisition of Shufflebottom, a steel fabrication company based in South Wales.
