This project involves the integration of large mould inserts manufactured by Schmiedewerke Gröditz using the upsetting/reverse forging process, which produces inserts of 8.3 metric tons and 9.6 metric tons each. These high-precision mould inserts are complemented by Kind & Co., which supplies the smaller mould components that fit seamlessly into the final structure. Additionally, Kind & Co. oversees the hardening treatment of all inserts using advanced vacuum furnace technology, ensuring durability and top-tier performance for the die-casting tool.
