Frank-Jürgen Weise brings a wealth of experience to his new role. He served as the Chairman of the Executive Board of the Federal Employment Agency from 2004 to 2017, where he played a crucial role in reforming the agency. His leadership helped modernize the agency's operations, making it more efficient and responsive to the needs of job seekers and employers alike. Furthermore, Weise's tenure as head of the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees from September 2015 to the end of 2016 equipped him with insights into complex organizational dynamics and stakeholder engagement.

He is a member of the Board of Trustees of the German National Foundation and served as the Chairman of the Bundeswehr Structural Commission.
