The Cayman Islands is represented by a newly constructed 11-bedroom luxury beachfront home.

The auction event is scheduled to conclude between August 9th and August 31st, depending on the specific property. G3 Auctions has partnered with several prominent Caribbean real estate brokers to facilitate this event, including Janet & Chris Lando Cretin of Kretz Family Real Estate for St. Barts properties, Harriet Lott of Ten Sails and Shanice Ebanks of Provenance Properties for Cayman Islands listings, Auburn Lucas of Christie's International Real Estate for Dominican Republic properties, and Matthew Mitchell of Treasure Real Estate and Tommy Febbraio of Berkshire Hathaway New England Properties for Bahamas offerings.
