As an early adopter of New Distribution Capability technology and a founding member of IATA's Modern Airline Retailing Consortium, Oman Air is at the forefront of leveraging the latest advancements to enhance its distribution channels. In addition to upgrading its distribution capabilities, Oman Air is also enhancing its loyalty system, powered by Accelya. The upgraded system includes enriched Customer Relationship Management capabilities, advanced campaign management features, and a dedicated partner portal.
