The Glasshouse Collection, a new prestige range by The Glen Grant, introduces the oldest aged expressions in the distillery's permanent portfolio, including The Glen Grant 21-Year-Old, 25-Year-Old, and 30-Year-Old Single Malt Scotch Whiskies. These rare single malts celebrate the exceptional aging process of whiskies from the historic distillery, which has a legacy spanning over 180 years.

Inspired by James 'The Major' Grant, the visionary forefather of The Glen Grant, who traveled the world collecting plants and flowers, The Glasshouse Collection pays homage to his legacy. The collection reflects the essence of The Major's Glasshouse, symbolizing different times of the day from dawn to moonlit night through the character of each aged spirit.

As the legendary Master Distiller Dennis Malcolm OBE approaches retirement after six decades in the whisky industry, The Glasshouse Collection becomes his final release. His successor, Greig Stables, who has worked closely with Dennis for 18 years, will continue the legacy. Stables expresses gratitude for the guidance received from Dennis and looks forward to leading The Glen Grant into a new chapter with the rare and aged whiskies.

The journey through The Glasshouse Collection showcases the meticulous aging process of each whisky, matured in American oak bourbon barrels and Oloroso Sherry casks in the distillery's traditional stone dunnage warehouse. The distinct character of the whiskies, 21-, 25-, and 30-Year-Old, represents a progression through the cycle of daylight within the Glasshouse, highlighting the aging potential of The Glen Grant spirit.

The Glen Grant 21-Year-Old captures the delicate quality of early morning light with tropical fruit notes and a creamy finish. The 25-Year-Old embodies the warmth of the golden hour with stone fruit and toffee flavors, while the 30-Year-Old represents moonlit tranquility with oaky tones and a sweet, fruity finish. Each whisky is bottled at a specific ABV, natural in color, and non-chill filtered, preserving the essence of their aging process.

In conjunction with the release, The Glen Grant collaborates with artist Lachlan Turczan to create an installation titled "A Day in the Glasshouse." Turczan's cymatic sculptures use light and water to reflect the unique facets of each whisky, enhancing the tasting experience. This artistic partnership immerses enthusiasts in a sensory journey, aligning with The Glen Grant's commitment to global inspiration.

The Glasshouse Collection will be available in select markets worldwide, including the US, UK, and Asia in 2024. The pricing for the 21-Year-Old is $360, the 25-Year-Old is $1,000, and the 30-Year-Old is $3,000, offering whisky enthusiasts a chance to savor these exceptional and rare expressions.
