Titled “Report on ASEAN Food Systems Sustainability,” the report stems from deliberations at the inaugural ASEAN Food Systems Sustainability Workshop held in Jakarta in November 2023. Dr. Siang Hee Tan, Executive Director of CropLife Asia, emphasizes the importance of balancing increased productivity with environmental conservation and economic viability, particularly for smallholder farmers across the region.
