In a remarkable feat of aviation infrastructure development, Egis, a global powerhouse in the consulting, construction engineering, and mobility sectors, has triumphantly unveiled three monumental airport projects in India. The newly inaugurated integrated passenger terminal buildings at Trichy Airport, Pune Airport, and Lucknow Airport stand as testaments to Egis' expertise and commitment to transforming the landscape of air travel in the country.

The inauguration ceremonies, graced by the presence of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and other esteemed dignitaries, marked a significant milestone in India's aviation history. At Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport in Lucknow, Egis' meticulous project management consultancy services ensured the seamless execution of a state-of-the-art terminal, boasting seven passenger boarding bridges and 76 check-in counters. Similarly, at Lohegaon International Airport in Pune, the new terminal features an impressive array of ten passenger boarding bridges and 72 check-in counters, a testament to Egis' comprehensive design and project management consultancy services.

The unveiling of these modern marvels was witnessed by a distinguished gathering, including the Honorable Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Shri Ajit Pawar. The terminals' captivating aesthetics, adorned with stunning artwork reflecting the rich cultural legacies of their respective cities, left an indelible impression on all those in attendance.

Prior to these inaugurations, Egis had already made its mark with the successful delivery of Tiruchirappalli International Airport (in January. As the Design and Project Management Consultant for the airport and its associated infrastructure, Egis played a pivotal role in the creation of a sprawling 75,000 sqm integrated passenger terminal building. This architectural marvel not only boasts a remarkable Green Rating for Integrated Habitat Assessment 4-star sustainability rating but also features state-of-the-art facilities designed to cater to an astounding 4.5 million passengers annually.
